FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. If I buy a ticket to an event and can’t make it, can I get a refund?
A. Refunds are only given if cancellations are made in writing at least one week prior to the event.

Q. Can I just attend the book signing and not have dinner?
A. We encourage having the full “Muse” experience with dining and literature, however, we have tickets available for those that desire only dessert and for those that only want to attend the event.  Register as soon as possible. Space is limited.

Q. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
A. The name of each guest must be provided at registration. Registration/tickets are only transferrable if a request is made in writing and authorized prior to the event. Only those whose names appear on our registration list will be admitted into the event.

Q. Where do I park?
A. Valet parking is available. The entrance is on Dayton Way near Rodeo Drive. The cost is $5.00 with a validation.
